All sales, cost and legal data sources are through the Multiple Listing
Service (MLS), local offices of the Tax Assessor, Tax Collector and
Zoning Departments. Flood Zoning data is determined by the Federal
Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood maps of each individual town in
a county.
